1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 786acb ("786acb", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the 786acb website at 786acb.app, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through 786acb, including but not limited to: cricket betting markets (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), live casino games, slot games, crash games, and any other gaming products made available on the platform from time to time.

These Terms should be read alongside the 786acb Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms published on the platform, the promotional terms shall take precedence solely with respect to that specific promotion.

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" means the registered player account held by you on the 786acb platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money BDT funds held in your 786acb Account, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to your account that are subject to specific wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or play placed using funds from your Account Balance or Bonus Balance.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) 786acb account. Opening, operating, or knowingly benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. 786acb uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended, all associated balances and pending bonuses will be voided, and 786acb reserves the right to pursue recovery of any winnings paid out from duplicate accounts.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 786acb login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or SMS verification codes with any third party under any circumstances. 3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.2 Deposit Limits

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

4 Bonus & Promotional Terms

786acb offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players throughout the year, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, BPL season specials, Eid promotional deals, and cashback programs. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are credited in BDT to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: sports bets typically contribute 100%; live casino games typically contribute 10%; slot games typically contribute 100%; crash games typically contribute 50%. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated. Any bonus balance and associated winnings remaining after expiry will be removed from your account automatically.
• 786acb reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to disqualify players from bonus eligibility if abuse or exploitation of promotional terms is suspected.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

786acb employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, using betting patterns that exploit low-margin markets solely to satisfy rollover conditions, and coordinating with other players to abuse referral programs. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be subject to permanent suspension.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 786acb are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

786acb reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed market liquidity, bets placed on markets suspected of integrity issues, and bets placed by accounts flagged for suspicious activity. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation message and a bet ID within the platform.

5.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds on cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are updated in real time and may fluctuate significantly between the time you select a price and the time your bet is confirmed. 786acb operates on a "best price at confirmation" model for in-play markets; the odds displayed at the moment of your tap or click may differ from the confirmed odds if market movement occurs during the brief processing window.

5.3 Abandoned and Voided Events

In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach the minimum completion threshold required for settlement (as defined in sport-specific rules), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your Account Balance. For cricket markets, the standard rule is that a match must reach its scheduled minimum number of overs for single-match bets to stand; the specific threshold is defined per competition type.

5.4 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event that 786acb publishes odds or game parameters that are clearly erroneous — including but not limited to obvious pricing mistakes, incorrect team names, or corrupted data feed entries — 786acb reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether bets have already been settled. 786acb will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly and to communicate corrections to affected players.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 786acb, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage, including during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the 786acb platform, its servers, or its underlying software infrastructure.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit promotional offers.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using insider information, or information obtained through corrupted sources, to inform betting decisions on sporting events.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or the use of information relating to fixed events to place bets on 786acb.
• Laundering funds or using 786acb for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform through a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 786acb staff or other players through any communication channel.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your 786acb account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method within 5 business days, provided all applicable KYC requirements have been fulfilled. 7.2 Closure by 786acb

786acb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances:

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to a minimum of 6 months for formal exclusion. During an active self-exclusion period, 786acb will take reasonable steps to prevent the affected account from being used for betting or gaming activity. 8 Limitation of Liability

786acb provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 786acb makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous platform availability, uninterrupted game delivery, and accurate odds, 786acb does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, downtime, or data inaccuracies at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786acb shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform, even if 786acb has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 786acb's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9 Responsible Gaming

10.2 Severability

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the 786acb Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 786acb with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or dispute.
